How does the whitening kit work?
You apply a thin layer of whitening gel to the tray, place it over your teeth and switch on the LED light for the recommended time. The gel breaks down surface and deeper stains on the enamel; the light helps the process along. Most people run one session a day for 10 to 14 days.
When will I see results?
Many customers notice a difference after the first few sessions. A full course usually gives the clearest change after 10 to 14 days. Your starting shade, diet and oral care routine all affect the outcome.
Will it make my teeth sensitive?
Our gel is formulated to be gentle, and most people feel nothing. If you do notice mild sensitivity, skip a day, shorten the session or space treatments further apart. Sensitivity normally fades within a day or two of stopping.
Is it safe for enamel?
Used as directed, yes. The formula is designed to whiten without damaging enamel. Do not exceed the recommended session length or number of days, and take a break between courses.
Can I use it with crowns, veneers or fillings?
Whitening only works on natural tooth enamel. It will not change the colour of crowns, veneers, bonding or fillings. If you have dental work at the front of your mouth, ask your dentist first.
How long do results last?
Typically a few months, depending on how often you drink coffee, tea, red wine or other staining drinks, and whether you smoke. A short top-up course every few weeks keeps your smile bright.
Is it suitable if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend waiting until after pregnancy and breastfeeding before whitening. If in doubt, check with your doctor or dentist.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the US is free. Rates for other destinations are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
US orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened gels or trays. Contact us to start a return.
